So the rumor is finally true. After years of rumors, Nike SB decides to release the Neon JPack Dunk Lows. According to the info provided, this is the 2011 Neon JPack Dunk that is set to release next year. Hopefully this photo is enough concrete evidence to convince Nike SB heads that the Neon JPacks are actually going to release Spring 2011.
